Process

In the design process, we can be a partner as part of the customer project / organization or, alternatively, take full process responsibilty in the project where Midroc have full scope responsibility. The project can include all phases, from pre-study to take over, as well as providing individual phases.

We have extensive experience within the oil and gas industry, energy, and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Examples of typical services supplied in each phase of the project include:

• Conceptual design: pfd, Factory Layout & Logistics, Capacity Analysis
• Basic design: PID, Process Simulations, Specifications
• Detailed design: Co-ordination process - automation, Supplier 
  Monitoring.
• Commissioning: Start-up of process units / plants and testing.
  

In addition to direct project-related services we can offer assistance in daily activities such as customer process optimization and troubleshooting.
