Midroc Project Management is the project management export tool for Midroc Europe, with the purpose to interact with its sister organizations in the Middle East and Africa.

Midroc Project Management develops and executes various projects for Swedish export and overseas industry as well as humanitarian and development aid organizations and has vast experience from managing international construction and industrial projects, executed in various environments in cooperation with local work forces.

Midroc Project Management provide international project- and construction management services mainly through local partners and/or own locally established subsidiaries. This is done primarily to build capacity, transfer technology and strengthen leadership with local construction companies and other relevant partners as a contribution to sustainable development. This ensures high quality management and locally developed skills through a cost efficient solution.

Our office for project export undertakes “Special Projects” and services like project management, engineering and design, procurement and logistics support, construction management, vocational training and new market entry support.
